BROOKLYN GIN

Each bottle of Brooklyn Gin is distilled in a hand-operated copper pot still, using herbs and botanicals steeped in spirit before distillation, and then chill filtered. Every one is then hand-filled and corked by hand. This is a superbly smooth gin that is fresh, complex, and flavourful with a long rich finish. Seriously, try one.

AVIATION GIN

Batch distilled in Portland, Aviation is America’s original craft Gin and owned by Ryan Reynolds. Aviation has a wide botanical medley of flavours and is spectacular with tonic!

PERFECT SERVE

Mix 50ml Aviation Gin in a tall glass with ice and fill with premium tonic. Garnish with a wedge of lime or lemon, and a sprig of lavender.

DRUMSHANBO GIN

Drumshanbo Irish Gunpowder Gin is slow distilled by hand with oriental botanicals and the finest Gunpowder tea, in medieval copper pots. Gunpowder is a green tea that has been slowly dried, and its delicate leaves carefully hand-rolled before distillation. They impart a uniquely bold flavour with a spicy freshness, to create a curious and refreshing gin.

PERFECT SERVE

We suggest you pour yourself a Gunpowder G&T over a handful of ice cubes and garnish with a generous slice of red grapefruit.

BLOEDLEMOEN GIN

Bloedlemoen (pronounced ‘Blue’d Le Moon’ for you non-Afrikaans speaking folk) is a South African gin made from the delicious Tarocco Blood Orange, and proudly boasts as the first Blood Orange Gin in the World. Expect citrus and juniper on the nose, nutmeg and cassia on the palate and a lingering blood orange aftertaste.

PERFECT SERVE

A healthy dash of Bloedlemoen Gin with a premium tonic to fill up your glass. Some ice and any citrus will do really. If you can get your hands on a bloedlemoen though – that will be first prize.

GINATO GIN

One sip of this and you’ll be speaking Italian! HAYMANS GIN

Haymans is made by the Hayman’s family, in London, using a 150-year-old family recipe. Ten botanicals are steeped in English wheat spirit for a full day before distillation to create a classic Gin with crisp juniper, fresh citrus and a dry finish associated with the traditional London Dry style.

PERFECT SERVE

50ml Haymans London Dry Gin, mixed over with 100ml of premium tonic. Serve in a highball glass over ice and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

AN DULAMAN

Say An-doo-la-man, there it’s not so difficult. This Gin is from the Donegal coast of Ireland, made using locally harvested seaweed (yes, you heard right) and six other botanicals. Expect a well-rounded Gin with plentiful notes of the sea, soft juniper aroma, and buttery a sweetness.

PERFECT SERVE

Pour a decent An Dúlamán and mix with premium tonic. Garnish with a healthy sized lemon peel to compliment the savoury seaweed flavours, and imagine you’re standing in the Atlantic Ocean with your G&T and an oyster.

SEAGRAM’S GIN

Seagram’s Gin is an American made Gin that continues to reign as America’s #1. This classic Gin was first made in 1883, and you can expect the same masterful balance of botanical flavours – juniper, sweet orange, and gentle coriander.
